The staff at reception was kind and helpful. The breakfast is reasonable with the price. The room is bigger than my expectations.
The hotel located in the quiet place but the facilities make us enjoy when staying in hotel.

Comfy bed and nice room.
The room and the design is great. The bed is comfy.
I mostly like everything. However, there's suggestion that the hotel's service could be improved. On the check-out day, I forgot and left my coffee tumbler in the room. (This tumbler is important to me since I got it as a souvenir gift from a special event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have cared so much. ) It would have been nice, if the staff would check and let the me know before I left, or call me (or call a customer) if I or any other customer leave anything in the room. I had to call the hotel to check and found out that I left it at the hotel. Anyway, it's my false for being so forgetful, and I did not rate the hotel regarding this issue. So, this is the suggestions that the hotel could consider to improve the hotel service.
